Guitar Center is excited to announce the grand opening of the new Guitar Center Mass Ave. store, taking place on December 1. The new store’s close proximity to the Berklee College of Music provides students, faculty and the surrounding community access to Guitar Center’s vast product selection, specialty instruments and unbeatable prices. Located at 165 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston, MA 02115 (between Haviland St & St Germain St), Guitar Center Mass Ave. opens Thursday, Nov. 29, with an official Grand Opening day of music-centered activities open to the public on Saturday, Dec. 1. Hosted by music industry veterans Jon Butcher and Charlie Farren, grand opening festivities at Guitar Center Mass Ave. include live performances and interactive workshops by six professional musicians, as well as exclusive savings, gear giveaways and free events. Performances and recording artist workshops by Gil Sharone, Victor Wooten, Josh Doyle, Eric Harland, Stephen Perkins and Jon Finn.
