Gracie is respected among Chicago blues musicians and sits in with Tom Holland of the James Cotton Blues Band. Her sultry smooth voice sets the tone that is reminiscent of previous Blues sirens gone by. With the help of her High Falutin’ ensemble: Tommy Carroll (guitar), Geoff Murfitt (bass), Derek Bergman (drums) this high energy band achieves everything they set out to do. And the music world is taking notice. This year, Gracie Curran & High Falutin’ won the 2012 Boston Blues Challenge and will represent Boston at the 2013 International Blues Challenge.
