This extremely popular, high energy band, is known as a “rock n’ roll band with a latin soul.” Their album, “On My Way,” was a huge hit and the group became 92.5 The River’s house band for several years. officially formed in January, 2001 in Asbury Park, New Jersey, the band toured extensively on the east coast for many of their early years and landed a record deal with Curb Records. deSoL quickly became involved in large tours as a supporting act, including an opening slot for REM at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City, Mexico. deSoL supported many acts from Blues Traveler, Los Lonely Boys, Ozomatli, Cypress Hill, Arrested Development, Widespread Panic, and many others. In 2005, deSoL toured extensively with the legendary Wailers, playing to sold out venues 6 nights a week for 4 months. This brought the band to perfect their stage show and gain national and international exposure. The band performed at all of the major festivals including Bonaroo, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, All Good, South by Southwest, Langarado, Nashville River Stages, and several others.
