Our winter concert presents the rarely-heard work of American woman composer Amy Beach: Gaelic Symphony in e minor, Op. 32. Also featuring double bass soloist Susan Hagen playing Bottesini's Double Bass Concerto No. 2 in b minor. Also: Rossini's La Gazza Ladra, Overture. A concert full of wonderfully passionate music!
