Heritage Tour, screening of Kunta Kinteh Island

In the great city of Boston, as part of the national 14-city HERITAGE TOUR, e.ross studios  will premier the screening of the epic documentary Kunta Kinteh Island: Coming Home Without Shackles on March 6-7, 2013. This film features the legendary Ben Vereen in celebration of the 36th Anniversary of the historic ABC TV series ROOTS, and also honors the monumental renaming of the former Ft. James Island to Kunta Kinteh Island (Gambia, West Africa).

This effort is in partnership with Tyler Perry, the Emmys, the AMC Theaters, ASCAP,, and the National Urban League, ApogeeVision. While in Boston, we have several screenings that includes educational symposium scheduled at Northeastern University in the Blackman Auditorium (March 6 at 3pm), and a community screening at Morning Star Baptist Church (March 6 at 7pm).
