    Intermezzo presents Benjamin Britten's THE PRODIGAL SON in the first production in the Boston area in over 30 years on April 5-6 at 8 pm at First Church Cambridge, 11 Garden Street, Cambridge as part of the Britten 100, a year long international celebration of Britten's 100th birthday.  The cast includes Matthew DiBattista, Jason McStoots, Paul Guttry, and David McFerrin.  Edward Jones serves as musical director; Kirsten Z. Cairns, stage director; William A. Fregosi, set designer; Jeff Adelberg, lighting designer; and Rebecca Butler, costume designer.  Tickets are available in advance or at the door.
