Play Factory: Sideways Stories from Wayside School

Wayside School was accidentally built sideways. It was supposed to be only one story high, with thirty classrooms all in a row. Instead, it is thirty stories high, with one classroom on each story! Maybe that's why all kinds of funny things happened at Wayside - especially on the thirteenth floor! NOTE: Due to rehearsal schedules, Gr 3-5 students may participate ONLY in Aladdin Jr. OR Sideways Stories.

Location: Arsenal Center for the Arts, WCT Drama Space

Required Parent Meeting: March 28, 6-6:30 pm

Rehearsal Dates/Times: March 28 – May 9, Tuesdays/Thursdays, 3:30-6 pm (No rehearsals 4/4, 4/16, 4/18)

Additional Rehearsals: Saturday, 5/11, noon-4 pm; 5/13-16, 3:30-6:30 pm

Performances: Black Box Theater, Arsenal Center for the Arts

Friday, May 17, 10:30 am* (for visiting school group) and 7 pm
Saturday, May 18, 1 pm
Sunday, May 19, 1 pm
* Students will be required to miss one morning of school on 5/17 in order to perform on-site for visiting school groups.
