    The Future of Water

The Nature Conservancy in Massachusetts will co-host a three-part lecture series with WBUR that will bring national and global leaders to Boston to share their solutions to the most critical conservation challenges of our time.

The Future of Nature will consist of three separate panels, which will focus on the major questions our world will face, specifically concerning the future of food, energy, and water.

The Future of Water panelists include Sandra Postel (director, The Global Water Policy Project); Steven Solomon (author of “Water: The Epic Struggle for Wealth, Power and Civilization”); Brian Richter (co-leader, Global Freshwater Team, The Nature Conservancy).

Panels will be moderated by WBUR reporters, including Sacha Pfeiffer of All Things Considered.

Each evening will include a pre-event reception with Conservancy staff and event speakers, hors d’oeuvres, and community organizations working on these important issues.
