    Orkestra Marhaba Concert

Albright Art is pleased to present Orkestra Marhaba in concert on Saturday, March 23 at 2:00 p.m. Compositions played by this Turkish inspired band offer the listener exciting and unscripted voyages into the Eastern Modal soundscape known as Makam.

Artist John Lobosco, whose art is currently exhibited in the gallery, will be among the players. His exhibit is entitled THE VISUAL JOURNEY and will be on display through March 31.

Both modern and traditional instruments are used by Orkestra Marhaba: violincello, oboe, clarinet, ney (seven holed, end blown flute), ‘ud (lute), tanbur (long necked plucked lute with metal strings), bendir (frame drum) and keman (violin).

Albright Art is located at 32 Main Street in the center of Concord, MA.  Free parking is available directly behind the gallery.   For more information visit or call us at 978-369-7300
