 Boston, MA, March 5--- Boston University’s funniest comedy group Liquid Fun will host its 8th Annual 24
Hour Comedy Marathon (The Marathon, for short) on Saturday, April 6 at 8 p.m. in BU Central.

The Marathon will consist of 24 hours of non-stop improvisational, sketch and stand-up comedy from
ImprovBoston, ImprovAsylum, more than nine colleges, two high schools and independent performers. This year’s event will include “Jam Sessions,” where performers from different groups and rival theaters will have the opportunity to perform together, as well as themed hours, including “DRAGprov” and “Ammunition Hour”. There will also be chances throughout the night for audience members to win prizes from local businesses. All proceeds from the Marathon will go to the Greater Boston Food Bank. There is a suggested donation of $5 for BU students and Liquid Fun Alums, and a $5 ticket fee for non-BU students for access to 24 hours of shows.
