    The Future of Food

    The Nature Conservancy in Massachusetts will co-host a three-part lecture series with WBUR that will bring national and global leaders to Boston to share their solutions to the most critical conservation challenges of our time. The Future of Nature will consist of three separate panels, which will focus on the major questions our world will face, specifically concerning the future of food, energy, and water. The Future of Food panelists include Michael Leviton (chef, Lumière and Area Four, Chefs Collaborative); Oran Hesterman (founder, Fair Food Network); Paul Greenberg (author of “Four Fish: The Future of the Last Wild Food”); and David Cleary (strategy director, agriculture, The Nature Conservancy). Panels will be moderated by WBUR hosts, including Sacha Pfeiffer of All Things Considered. Tickets are $25 per event or $60 for a series and can be purchased online at Each evening will include a pre-event reception with Conservancy staff and event speakers, hors d’oeuvres, and community organizations working on these important issues.
