Anne Heaton & very special guest, Catie Curtis
May 1, 2013
Chicago-based singer-songwriter Anne Heaton released her new album, Honeycomb, on October 16, 2012; a portion of proceeds from Honeycomb's sales and touring will benefit homeless children in Colombia through Fundación Niños de los Andes.
The Boston Phoenix called the album "her most eccentric work yet."
Heaton’s gracefully vulnerable piano-based music has amassed awards, praise from critics, fellow artists, and fans. She has toured nationally, played the Sundance Film Festival, Cayamo Music Cruise, Lilith Fair, and has been a featured artist on the New York Times Music Podcast.
Also performing is Catie Curtis who has toured extensively, playing a number of diverse venues ranging from Chicago's legendary Old Town School of Folk Music to the White House. She's also spent that time writing and testing out new material, developing a collection of masterfully written lyrics that serve as the heart of her newest record, Stretch Limousine on Fire.
