    Falstaff in Love? Is the world his oyster? Not if these quick-witted housewives have their way. Join Boston Midsummer Opera for Nicolai's tuneful version of Shakespeare's humorous tale.

    The Merry Wives of Windsor, written by Otto Nicolai, English translation by John Moriarty, and performed with full orchestra.

    $60, $50, $40 tickets available for July 24 & 26 at 7:30pm, and July 28 at 3pm

    Parking:

    Metered parking is available along Commonwealth Avenue, Bay State Road, and Granby Street. Meters are free after 6pm daily as well as all day on Sunday. Street parking is the best option on Saturday evenings and Sundays.

    Parking facilities are located at 665 Commonwealth Avenue (Granby Lot) and 549 Commonwealth Avenue (Kenmore Lot).  A flat rate of $10 is offered after 3pm and on Saturdays, but rates do increase when events are scheduled at Fenway Park. Please note these lots are typically not open on Saturday evenings or Sunday, so we suggest street parking during those times. Your vehicle may be subject to towing if you park in a BU parking lot without the appropriate permit/pass.
