Joanne Chang opened Flour in 2000, a bakery and café, in Boston's South End. Featuring breakfast pastries, breads, cakes, cookies, and tarts as well as sandwiches, soups, and salads, Flour now includes four branches: Fort Point Channel area, Cambridge near MIT Central Square, the South End, and Back Bay. In 2007, she opened the Chinese restaurant Myers + Chang in the South End. Joanne Chang is a 2013 James Beard nominee.
