     Newport Jazz Festival ®

    Founded in 1954, the Newport Jazz Festival® was the first annual jazz festival in America. It has been host to numerous legendary performances by some of the world's leading established and emerging artists. Referred to as the grandfather of all jazz festivals, the event draws thousands of people from all over the world to Newport, Rhode Island, a city which is famed for its spectacular coastal scenery and awe-inspiring architecture.

    Admission Info:

    General Admission:

    Adult: $74.00 in advance, $ 84.00 on festival weekend, if available.

    Children 3-15: $15.00 each day at all times; under 3, free.

    Student w/ valid student ID at gate: $20.00. Limited number available.

    On site festival parking: $12.00 per vehicle in advance; $15.00 on festival weekend.

    Adult Two-Day Passes: A limited number of two-day passes good for admission Saturday and Sunday will be available for $135.00 while they last. Available for purchase on-line only.

    BOX OFFICE opens at 9am / GATES open at 10am
    PARKING opens at 8am / Shuttles start at 9am / WATER TAXIS start at 7am
    FOOD & CRAFTS start at 10am / MUSIC STARTS at 10:30am

    Limited on-site festival parking available at Fort Adams State Park available: $12.00 per vehicle in advance; $15.00 on festival weekend. To purchase in advance, select parking option during ticket buying process. Parking opens at 8am.
