Heather Fisch presents LA BELLE EPOQUE A live jaw-dropping vaudeville-inspired play in 7 acts
Presented by The Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center
August 10, 2013
La Belle Epoque is a live theater show about three vaudeville performers from the 1920's. Full of slapstick comedy, fast live gypsy jazz, sexy lipstick choreography, shadow puppetry and deep sea mysteries unveiled. La Belle Epoque is based loosely on Curbstone Follies (2011) and takes place at the end-times of vaudeville. This avant garde spectacle is brought to you by the creators of Blue Venice and performed by writer/director Heather Fisch, composer/violinist Jonathan Talbott, and musical hero Evan Randall Levine. The combined talent of these three performers is enough to lead any straight man curvy and any bald man to the barber.
