    Unbound Visual Arts, Inc., a new non-profit incorporated to enliven the creative economy, is sponsoring Ruth Rieffanaugh: Parking Ticket Blues & Other Rediscovered Uses at the Massachusetts State House, Joint Committee on Revenue, Jay Kaufman, Chair. It’s a solo exhibition of artwork by Allston artist Ruth Rieffanaugh that includes the use of discarded as well as her own parking tickets to create colorful scenes of Boston and Cambridge. The exhibit also includes other emotion-driven artwork created from discarded newspapers and other paper. The opening reception, open to the public, is July 10th from 3:30 – 5:00 pm. The exhibition runs through July 31, 2013. The exhibit is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 5:00 pm |Massachusetts State House, 24 Beacon St., Boston, MA, Joint Committee on Revenue, Room 34, Boston, MA.| MBTA: Green and Red Lines - Park St. Station.
