Music by Jason Howland Lyrics by Mindi Dickstein Book by Allan Knee Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy March are sisters and stalwart friends living in 19th-century Massachusetts. They make the best of the little they have, performing “operatic tragedies” and grand plays written by Jo, an aspiring author. Along with their loving mother Marmee and their best friend and neighbor Laurie, they live a comfortable life in Concord, but their small world begins to change as they grow up and grow apart. This modern musical, based on Louisa May Alcott's novel of the same name, will delight and touch audiences of all ages.
