    Caroline Knox, poetry

    Poet Caroline Knox has published eight collections of poetry including Flemish (Wave Books, 2013). Her previous books are Nine Worthies (Wave 2010), Quaker Guns (Wave 2008), He Paves the Road with Iron Bars (Verse 2004), A Beaker: New and Selected Poems (Verse 2002), The House Party, and To Newfoundland (Georgia 1984, 1989) and Sleepers Wake (Timken 1994). Her poems have been in Best American Poetry 1988 and 1994, and on Poetry Daily. Six of her poems are included in Postmodern American Poetry: A Norton Anthology (2013). She has received awards from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Fine Arts Work Center and the Yale/Mellon Visiting Faculty Program.
