    3rd Sundays @ 3 Presents: Neave Trio

    Our goal at 3rd Sundays @ 3 is to perform and promote the music of our time and introduce audiences to the music artists that serve them!

    We aim to:

    To create a venue where musicians, regardless of age or professional status, can perform in a chamber music setting
    To educate audiences by describing in simple terms the formal, analytical, historical, cultural and structural elements of music

    To introduce and promote new music through education and access
    To introduce the various ensembles and musicians in the community to the audiences that they serve

    Neave Trio

     

    Hailed by critics as “absolutely stunning” (Golden Valley Music Society) and nominated as the “Best of Boston” by the Boston Phoenix, the Neave Trio (Anna Williams, violin. Mikhail Veselov, cello, Toni James, piano) is the Fisch/Axelrod Trio-in-Residence at San Diego State University. The trio has enjoyed international success, performing across the United States, South America, UK and Europe in some of the world’s finest concert halls including Carnegie’s Weill Recital Hall, Jordan Hall and Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre. Season highlights include: the prestigious Chamber Music Residency at the Banff Centre (Canada), upcoming debut recitals at the American Irish Historical Society (NYC), the Kalliroscope Gallery Chamber Music Series (Groton, MA), a showcase performance on WQXR Radio's the McGraw Hill Young Artist Showcase as well as a live broadcast on WGBH Radio Boston.
