2-Day Workshop: White Line Woodcut with Lisa Houck

     Maximum 10

Inspired by European modernism and American crafts techniques, Blanche Lazell developed this woodblock method in the 1920s to simplify techniques used in Japanese woodblock printing. Students will carve linear drawings in a pine block and then print multiple color areas from the one block using watercolor washes.
