    Famed Sax Player Bill Pierce Performance

    Famed sax player Bill Pierce appears with his dynamic group in the JAZZ at The Arsenal series.

    Chair of the Woodwind Department at Berklee, Pierce is a world-renowned tenor saxophone player who has performed with some of the greatest musicians in the world: Freddie Hubbard, Tony Williams, Art Farmer, Hank Jones, Art Blakey, Branford Marsalis and Stevie Wonder. A featured saxophonist at major international jazz festivals, he has recorded more than 80 albums. His own band’s tight jazz riffs promise an explosive night. With: Kevin Harris/piano, Dave Clark/bass and Neal Smith/drums.
