Day Trip: Local Park and Landscapes in Brookline and Cambridge

This excursion explores art and nature in the suburbs of Boston. We’ll visit Larz Anderson Park and Auto Museum in Brookline, which holds America’s oldest car collection; the Frederick Law Olmsted National Historic Site, home to one of the nation’s preeminent landscape designers; and Cambridge’s Mount Auburn Cemetery, America’s ?rst garden cemetery and the ?nal resting place of such notable ?gures as Winslow Homer, Mary Baker Eddy, and Isabella Stewart Gardner.
$135 (members $110). Bus will depart from and return to the Arthur M. Sackler Museum, 485 Broadway, Cambridge. Fee includes bus transportation, admission, lunch, and all gratuities.
