Ulster Landing Concert
Accompany Boston-based trio Ulster Landing on a musical visit to the 18th-century British Isles. Specializing in the folk music of Ireland, Scotland and England, the joy they take in performing their music is infectious! Besides traditional spirited jigs and reels, they will play works by Scottish cellist James Oswald, famed Irish harper Turlough O'Carolan, and selections from the oldest known collection of bagpipe tunes in the UK. For more information, visit http://ulsterlanding.weebly.com. Tickets are $15 and include admission to the museum, $10 for seniors, students, and members – come early to tour the museum! At the Durant-Kenrick House and Grounds, 286 Waverley Avenue.
