Creative Movement for Adults

“Creative Movement for Adults” gets adults moving, dancing, and gently exercising in fun and creative ways. This summer come explore your inner and innate creativity as it relates to movement. Dance Activities are engaging and designed to help you de-stress, recenter, and have fun! No prior dance experience necessary. The classes are taught by Sharon Shakur, MA, an expert in Dance Education.
