    Yun-Chin Zhou, piano

A native of Shenyang, China, pianist Yun-Chin Zhou, whose given name means pure melody, has been hailed as a “dashing virtuoso … complete with dazzling fingerwork and shapely phrasing” (Cleveland Plain Dealer).  First Prize Winner of the 2013 Young Concert Artists International Auditions, Mr. Zhou will give major debut recitals in New York and Washington, DC in the 2014-15 Young Concert Artists Series.

This season, Mr. Zhou joins YCA clarinetist Narek Arutyunian in a special program at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall, presented by Musical Armenia.
