    Guitar Sessions: Tim Miller / Paquito D'Rivera Sextet

    Tim Miller is an American jazz guitarist. He has released three recordings as a leader: Sides, Trio and Trio Volume 2. He is the co-author of Creative Chordal Harmony for Guitar (Berklee Press/Hal Leonard), written with Mick Goodrick.     Tim Miller is an American jazz guitarist. He has released three recordings as a leader: Sides, Trio and Trio Volume 2. He is the co-author of Creative Chordal Harmony for Guitar (Berklee Press/Hal Leonard), written with Mick Goodrick. Miller is a professor at Berklee and has performed and/or recorded with the following artists: Paul Motian, Gary Burton, George Duke, Terri Lyne Carrington, David Liebman, Mick Goodrick, Mike Stern, Ben Monder, Greg Osby, Antonio Sanchez, George Garzone, Jerry Bergonzi, and Jo Jo Mayer, among others.  

    An 11-time Grammy winner, National Medal of the Arts recipient, 2005 NEA Jazz Master, and Living Jazz Legend Award honoree from the Kennedy Center, Paquito D'Rivera's artistry on clarinet and saxophone defies boundaries, spanning jazz and classical genres.

    By "T": Take the Green Line to the Hynes Convention Center stop. Exit left onto Massachusetts Avenue and cross Boylston Street. The Berklee Performance Center is about 30 yards from the corner. Consult the MBTA Web site for bus routes and schedules.

    Limited metered parking is available on the streets surrounding the Berklee Performance Center and Berklee College of Music.
