Local bands and local beer will take center stage at the 2nd Annual Harpoon Summer Session at the Harpoon Brewery on June 5th and 6th. The festival, which will be held outside and under tents at the brewery, will showcase a lineup of some of Boston's most talented, up-and-coming bands. Several of the area's all-star DJs will spin tunes to keep the crowds grooving in between bands. This summer celebration wouldn't be complete without Boston's best hometown beers. A wide selection of Harpoon and UFO beers will be on tap, including the brewery's popular Kolsch, Harpoon Summer Beer. If you're going to have the best music and beer in Boston, why not have the best food? Renowned Boston chef Andy Husbands, owner of Tremont 647 and Sister Sorel, will provide his award-winning barbecue. Outdoors, live music, fresh beer, and summertime = Harpoon Summer Session.
