    Boston Landmarks Orchestra Brings its Free Neighborhood Concert to Jamaica Pond

    The Boston Landmarks Orchestra will play a selection of pieces from its Landmarks Festival at the Shell including Franz Joseph Haydn’s Cello Concerto No. 2 in D major and Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 1 in C minor. The concert will feature the world premiere of Thomas Oboe Lee’s The Story of Frederick Law Olmsted, with text by Nancy Stevenson, honoring the life of Boston landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted. The Orchestra also welcomes cellist Jacqueline Choi for her third and final performance with the Landmarks Orchestra.
