The 39th annual "Christmas Revels" celebrates the winter solstice and the rich and varied cultures of North America. An 80-member ensemble will present exciting Appalachian fiddling and clogging, inspiring spirituals, Native American music and stories, Shaker tunes and dances, New England Shape-Note hymns, an American mummers play plus, a Revels hallmark, carols and rounds for all to sing. Featured performers include traditional singer Suzannah Park, gospel singer Janice Allen, Boston actress Bobbie Steinbach, Leon Joseph Littlebird, songleader and musician David Coffin, The Pinewoods Morris Men, Cambridge Symphonic Brass Ensemble, The Smokey Mountain Dancers, The Roaring Gaop Chorus,The Rocky River Children and YOU! For nearly four decades going to "The Christmas Revels" has been a favorite family holiday tradition. Come see why!

I have made it a holiday tradition for my son and I to see the Christmas Revels! He's 9 and loves the show! It was a quieter, more contemplative theme this year, but the audience participation keeps... Expand

The Christmas revels were great, awesome different performance for the holidays, great for adults, children would like it too. You can find free parking around as well.

Went to see Christmas Revels at the beautiful Sanders Theatre. Nothing gets you in the Christmas mood quicker.The adorable children, fantastic dancers and singers,foot tapping music abounds. Go see it... Expand
