    Pro Musicis award winning pianist, Maya Hartman, performs her Boston debut in Pickman Hall at the Longy School of Music in Cambridge on Saturday, January 23, at 8:00 PM performing works by Bartok, Brahms, Chopin, Knussen, Szymanowski. Noted equally for brilliant performances of contemporary music and the classics, Ms. Hartman has appeared as soloist with orchestra and in recital in North America, England, Switzerland and her native Israel. She combines the well known with rarely performed gems in an innovative way and has been heard on NPR, WFMT (Chicago), and WQXR (New York). She is currently on the faculty of the City College of New York.
