    New England’s oldest-running Latino cultural festival FESTIVAL BETANCES commemorates another year of outstanding programs and performances. Join us for three days of activities, food, vendors and music and dance performances celebrating Puerto Rican and Latino arts and culture.     New England’s oldest-running Latino cultural festival FESTIVAL BETANCES commemorates another year of outstanding programs and performances. Join us for three days of activities, food, vendors and music and dance performances celebrating Puerto Rican and Latino arts and culture. Our festival begins with an Inaugural Procession, with Family Day and Noche de Bohemia on Friday the 17th, followed by International Day and Youth Day on the 18th and “Palo Encebao” (Grease Pole) and Puerto Rican Heritage Day on the 19th. All events are free. Headliners include PLENA LIBRE and Tito Rojas directly from Puerto Rico.
