The Boston Landmarks Orchestra's will collaborate with the Longwood Symphony Orchestra and its conductor Jonathan McPhee to honor the celestial bodies through contemporary pieces from cinematic soundtracks and other themed works. Performances will include music from Star Wars, composed by John Williams, and Star Trek, as well as Richard Wagner's "Entry of the Gods in Valhalla.” The Foundation of Chinese Performing Arts will also showcase its most recent award recipient who will perform Ravel's Piano Concerto in G Major.
