His first ever solo tour, with an all-virtuoso band, featuring the music of UK and the best of the genre he helped create. Jobson performed with Yes, Frank Zappa, Jethro Tull, Roxy Music. An in-demand session player, he has guested with King Crimson and many, many others. Eddie Jobson's UZ Project Line-up: Keyboards / Violin: Eddie Jobson Drums: Simon Phillips (Jeff Beck, Mick Jagger, Toto) Drums / Guitar: Marco Minnemann (UKZ) Guitar: Greg Howe (Michael Jackson)Chapman Stick: Michael Bernier (Stick Men) The Editor-in-Chief of Emmy magazine wrote: “The word ‘genius’ is bandied about a bit too freely these days, but in Jobson’s case, the term not only applies, it’s been used to describe him since his northern England childhood, when he was such a violin and piano prodigy that he wrote his first string quartet at 13 performed with his first professional symphony at 14…” His performances and compositions have received press accolades, having been described as “brilliant” , “intriguingly original” , even, “magnificent” , and “dazzling” .

      If you missed "The Zero Project" last night, you missed one heck of a show. In my rumple opinion, one of the best acts you would ever see. Being 50 years old, I seen a lot of shows--this ranks... Expand

      If you missed "The Zero Project" last night, you missed one heck of a show. In my rumple opinion, one of the best acts you would ever see. Being 50 years old, I seen a lot of shows--this ranks possibly as the best ever.Eddie Jobson "The Ultimate Zero Project" last night at the Regent. Without doubt one of the most incredible performances by incredible musicians I ever saw. They were "on". Sounded "fresh". From some awesome guitar playing from Greg Howe to Trey Gunn's 10 string touch guitar(bass) to the best drum solo I ever saw in German drummer Marco Minnemann. The other drummer Simon Philips, yes there were 2 drummers, also played an incredible set--it was the the first time in 30 years Simon and Eddie were on stage together. Eddie Jobson's electric violin and keyboard playing took your breath away. Yes Eddie Jobson is a "genius" not just for his own virtuoso skills,but also for the people he surrounds himself with. "Incredible!" My question is...When will they be back?--I hope soon. Collapse
