The NBSO's Opening Night of its 2009/10 Season "The Year of the Piano" will feature internationally acclaimed pianist, Roberto Plano, First Prize Winner of the 2001 Cleveland International Piano Competition, performing Beethoven's heroic last piano concerto, "Piano Concerto No. 5." The NBSO will also be performing Mahler's magnificent "Symphony No. 4," featuring the talent of soprano Patrice Tiedemann.
