    Walden Chamber Players at First Unitarian Society in Newton

    The Walden Chamber Players, one of the country's most innovative and sought-after chamber ensembles, present a concert of music for strings at the First Unitarian Society of Newton. The concert will feature violist Malinda McPherson, the winner of the 2009 Walden Chamber Players Young Artist Competition in the Brahms String quintet, Op. 111. The program will also include the music of Haydn, Jalbert and Julia Scott Carey. This concert is generously sponsored by Johnson String Instrument.
