    This two-day gathering will explore recent trends in which art museums collaborate in training health-care professionals. Some of the programs support the development of observation and diagnostic skills, while others foster empathy, build community, or enhance cultural understanding.

    This symposium is a collaborative program of Harvard Medical School and the Harvard Art Museum, with support from the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies.

    The M. Victor Leventritt Lecture Fund was established through the generosity of the wife, children, and friends of the late M. Victor Leventritt, Harvard Class of 1935. The purpose of the fund is to present outstanding scholars of the history and theory of art to the Harvard and Greater Boston communities.
