This two-hour interactive tasting class will teach you the art of technical wine tasting—the sipping, swirling, swishing, and more—plus the science that explains wine’s unique flavors. The goal is a framework to help people think about wine in new ways, understand what wines they like, and why. Join Jonathon Alsop from the Boston Wine School for an unforgettable evening with six different wines, from bright whites to inky reds and everything in between. Bread, cheese, olives, and antipasto will be served during class as well.
