Join WGBH 89.7 host Brian O'Donovan once again for the New England holiday favorite, "A Christmas Celtic Sojourn." An all-star cast including Karine Polwart (formerly of super group The Battlefield Band), Christy O'Leary (formerly of Boys of the Lough), fiddlers Liz Carroll and John Doyle — and, of course, Solas founding member and musical director Seamus Egan — will join the Harney Academy of Irish Dance along with Kieran Jordan and an array of spectacular dancers in this annual holiday event.

      Beautiful music from several standout musicians (especially Liz Carroll and John Doyle) and amazingly exceptional Irish dancing from the children at the Harney Academy. The adult male dance lead is also impressive, and lovely choral vocal arrangements will have you in the Christmas spirit in a toe-tapping way in no time! Collapse
