    The Boston Conservatory Dance Theater: Celebrating Anna

    In honor of Anna Sokolow’s centennial, The Boston Conservatory Dance Theater presents her dramatic work From the Diaries of Franz Kafka and Rooms, staged by alumnus Jim May. The program also includes a premiere of a new work by Viktor Plotnikov.

      It is wonderful to see a dancer or an audience viewer complaining about Anna Sokolow's Rooms. Anna Sokolow works are just that way. Some dancers like to do Anna's work, and some do not. I, for one,... Expand

      I enjoyed Part one. It was uplifting and the dancing was fun to see. Part two was very theatrical and somewhat gloomy. I did not enjoy part 3 at all. I just envied the position of the dancers that... Expand
