    Learn to spin funky, artful yarns on a drop spindle. Start with spindle basics, then explore different fibers and how they can be used to create offbeat yarns. If you have tried spindles before, try them again in a playful environment with an artist who has created yarns of every imaginable type. All materials will be supplied in class for a small fee; spindles are provided free for use in class and are available for purchase to take home if you wish. This one-day workshop is taught by Linda Scharf.
