Sick & Twisted Festival Psycho Santas, Phallic fish, and a trio of zombie-related shorts are all part of this year’s edition of the Festival of Animation. This annual collection includes 20 of the world’s most bizarre and acclaimed animated shorts. Kid Policy: 18 and up; Children 6 and up will be allowed only with a parent or guardian. No children under the age of 6 will be allowed New Generation of Animation A bold new innovation in animation anthologies from the men behind the venerable SICK & TWISTED show! Though it's filled with laughs and entertainment, NEW GENERATION ANIMATION contains less monocle-spinning gross-out gags than S&T, and rather focuses on the flat-out best and funniest animated shorts that the world has to offer. It's a brain-slapping assortment of award-winning (and worthy) animated accomplishments from the top talents around the globe, including Bill Plympton, PES, the TOWN CALLED PANIC crew and many, many more!

Don't miss your chance to witness the most impressive and electrifying possibilities that creativity has to offer...join us for the debut of the most incredible animated shorts program ever seen. Some material may be unsuitable for children under 15 History of Spike & Mike www.spikeandmike.com It all started in 1977 with Spike & Mike’s Festival of Animation and later the popular and infamous Spike & Mike’s Sick & Twisted. What Spike & Mike have accomplished is quite remarkable, if you really think about it. Creating a whole COTTAGE INDUSTRY producing, promoting & distributing their own theatrical as well as their own funding, marketing, 35mm lab conversion, producing many of their own shorts, creating yearly sequels that are as good or better than the previous year all without a publicist. US theatrical premiers that include Wallace & Gromit, Beavis & Butthead, the first films of Shane Acker, Andrew Stanton, John Lasseter, Pixar, Bill Plympton, Danny Antonucci, Eric Fogel, Breehn Burns, Tim Burton, Brad Bird, Pete Docter, Chris Wedge, Kenn Navarro, Marv Newland, Mike Johnson & Nick Park.

They created a 90 min feature out of shorts by branding it Spike & Mike’s Sick & Twisted or Spike & Mike’s Festival of Animation the movie. Spike & Mike have also appeared at the Cannes Film Festival, San Diego International Comic Convention, Annecy Animation Festival, KORN Tour, Stuttgart, AnimaMundi, Taiwan Animation Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Slamdance and etc. Spike, now on his own after Mike passed away in 1994, is always searching for the next great talent, acquiring films daily and exploring opportunities on the internet, starting with his ass-kicking new website. They hope to develop series and features based on content in their extensive library using the Spike and Mike and Sick and Twisted brands. Spike and Mike will NEVER go away!!!

“Spike & Mike are like Disney with tits!” - Robbin Williams, You know… the actor guy!

John Lasseter credits Spike & Mike in being the one of the first to believe in him & Pixar before others.

“The notoriety of Spike & Mike has caused them to be dubbed the kings of tasteless toons by animation industry giants.” - Trevor Groth, Sundance Film Festival 2000

“If the animation world ever had a Rock Star, Spike would be it.” - Kenn Navarro, co-creator of Happy Tree Friends
