    Keep your music, business, and personal sh*t together... and feel great while doing it! In this single-day intensive workshop acousta-popster Laura Cortese and Irish trad diva Shannon Heaton offer sassy, entertaining and invaluable strategies for booking, promoting, touring, and building a strong and enduring act. KYST 101 will cover aspects of BUILDING A NATIONAL PRESENCE, including nuts and bolts of touring/marketing on the national scale; big picture goal setting; nitty gritty building blocks for day to day time management; techniques for keeping your cool in high stress settings; booking/negotiating techniques; managing expenses; health, nutrition, and packing tips. All participants will receive tasty road-ready snacks, handouts to put new techniques into practice RIGHT AWAY, KYST 101 Diplomas, and a swift kick in the seat from two of Passim's sassiest performers!
