    Writer/Performer/Producer Talk with Val Kilmer

Actor and filmmaker Val Kilmer visits the Library to discuss his latest film project: bringing Mary Baker Eddy and Mark Twain to the screen. In Kilmer’s words, “[Eddy’s] life was so dynamic. It so uniquely represents this crucial time in America's history and in the world's history.” She and Twain were giants of their era, strong voices on either side of a culture going through dramatic change. Together with Mike Davis, library researcher, and Chet Manchester, who also has written a screenplay on Eddy, Kilmer will discuss the development of his upcoming film as a part of the Mary Baker Eddy Centenary Series.
