A native of The Bronx, New York, Tracy Morgan was discovered in 1984 while doing standup at The Apollo Theater. Morgan began his career on the television show, Martin, where he played Hustle Man. In 1996, he joined the cast of Saturday Night Live and performed as a regular until 2003 with notable characters such as Brian Fellows, Astronaut Jones and Bishop Don “Mack” Donald. Morgan has appeared in several movies, including Head of State, The Longest Yard, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back and Disney’s G-Force. He currently appears on the NBC show, 30 Rock, as Tracy Jordan, a caricature of himself with many of his real-life troubles being incorporated into the episodes.
