    Making Life-Sized Puppets gr 6-9

This unique class for Teens in grades 6-9 is in conjunction with the Extraordinary Exhibition on view at the New Art Center March 17-May 16. Students will create a life-sized puppet with instructor Sara Peattie - who has participated in many of the First Night Boston events and taught puppet-making to students of all ages. This intensive 5-week class will take students through every aspect of making a full-sized puppet - from initial sketches to designing, sculpting, painting, and using a full-body puppet.
