WORKSHOPS

Ages 18 - 24 mo and Adult This energetic class will focus on developing gross motor and loco-motor skills through use of Yoga and movement activities. Children will learn Yoga postures to increase flexibility, strength and focus and participate in movement focused activities to gain body and spacial awareness, musicality and physical awareness. Children will gain an understanding of how their bodies move through space, ( exploring jumping, galloping, skipping etc) and also how to use their bodies as a form of expression through creative movement exploration games.
