O’Carolan Etcetera brings to life the legacy of Turlough O’Carolan, the 18th century harper whose instrumental compositions are among the most enduring and spirited in the Celtic tradition, joining his works with other great pieces selected from three centuries of traditional music. This ensemble of musicians from Boston’s North Shore presents a program that includes many of O’Carolan’s most exquisite melodies — Captain O’Kane, Blind Mary, Sheebeg & Sheemore, O’Carolan’s Draught, and more.
