I love those old Harmonys, Kays, and Silvertones that you see all over the internet and in every second hand store window. They do something that you just can't find in new guitars. So often they're just a complete wreck but can be ressurected with the a little determination and patience. Other times they look just beautiful - like they've never been played, yet perhaps there's a fatal reason lurking just beneath that beautiful sunburst surface. We'll discuss how to find the gems and avoid the heartbreaks.
