Absolute Yoga is a friendly, clean, wellness-conscious yoga center in Metrowest providing Yoga and Yoga/Pilates instruction to new and experienced students of all ages, backgrounds and ability. Whether you are seeking Basic Yoga, Yoga Flow or Yoga for Strength & Flexibility, we have what you are looking for. We also offer private instruction in yoga and individual sessions in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. Our acclaimed Growing Families classes include Prenatal Yoga and Itsy Bitsy Yoga. Absolute Yoga also offers conditioning Yoga/Pilates classes for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The experienced and professional Absolute Yoga staff will make you feel nurtured and welcome. The classes, special events and workshops at Absolute Yoga provide you with many options to reduce stress, increase flexibility, strength and energy, while improving your general well-being. Our goal is to improve the physical fitness, vitality, and mind-body connection for each of our students. Beginners are always welcome. We also offer regular workshops in the therapeutic-focused bodywork of Clinical Somatics and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT).
